Frequently Asked Questions

Immediately after purchasing your gift card, you will receive an email that includes an image of your gift card and a redeemable code. When you are ready to check out on the site of your choice, apply this code to redeem your gift card. 

In most cases, your order will be approved in just a couple of minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. 

If it is your first time ordering a gift card with us, please be patient — sometimes it takes a little longer or requires management’s approval.

The process is simple. Under each gift card description, you will see detailed instructions on how to redeem the gift card you have chosen. Typically, all it requires is redeeming a promo code upon checking out at the store at which your gift card will be used.

Gift Cards Extreme does not have an expiration date on any gift cards. 

All orders are final. No gift cards can be canceled or returned. 

Unfortunately, no. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. 

There are a few reasons why this could happen:

  • The personal information entered upon checking out does not match or has been declared not accepted by your payment card’s issuing bank.
  • The address you have entered has been deemed undeliverable.
  • Inconsistencies have been detected and flagged by our third-party analysis partner and your order was canceled for security purposes.

*Please note: We have the right to cancel any orders that are flagged as suspicious. 

Just like most online stores, we take all the common payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as debit/bank cards. 

If there is a problem with your order, you can contact us through our help page. Our customer support team is there to assist you with any problems. Send us an email with all of the relevant information: order number, name, date of purchase, and state the problem you are having. We will get back to you as soon as possible. 

You can also contact the customer support of the gift card’s merchant. Their information will be on the back of their card.
